Refund Policy
1. General Terms
This policy applies to all wholesale orders placed with SHOWFIT via www.showfitapparel.com or direct agreements. By placing an order, you ("Buyer") agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
We accept returns only under these conditions:

Defective Goods: Manufacturing flaws (e.g., fabric defects, stitching errors).

Wrong Items: Incorrect products shipped (verified by SHOWFIT).

Damaged in Transit: Claims must include photo proof and carrier’s report.
Non-Returnable Items:

Custom orders (e.g., private label, MOQ-specific batches).

Products altered or washed by the Buyer.
3. Return Process

Notify Us Within 7 Days of delivery via email to aaron@showfitapparel.com, with:

Order number, photos/videos of defects, and a detailed description.

Approval Required: SHOWFIT will inspect the claim and issue a Return Authorization (RA) if valid.

Ship Back Approved Items: Buyer covers return shipping unless the error was ours.
4. Refund Options

Replacement: Priority solution for defective/wrong items (shipping cost covered by SHOWFIT).

Partial Refund: For minor defects (e.g., 20% of item value).

Full Refund: Issued to the original payment method if replacement is impossible.
Processing Time: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect returned goods.
5. Non-Refundable Costs

Original shipping fees (unless the error was SHOWFIT’s).

Customs duties or taxes paid by the Buyer.
6. Exceptions

Force Majeure: No refunds for delays/cancellations due to natural disasters, wars, or pandemics.

Bulk Order Discounts: Refunds for partial returns may recalculate at standard wholesale prices.
