1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all wholesale orders placed with SHOWFIT ("we," "us," or "our") via www.showfitapparel.com or direct business agreements. By placing an order, you ("Buyer") agree to these Terms.

2. Wholesale Orders

  • Eligibility: Only registered businesses (B2B) may purchase. We reserve the right to verify business credentials.

  • MOQ: Minimum Order Quantity applies (specified per product or collection).

  • Custom Orders: Requests (e.g., private labeling) require separate written agreements.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Currency: Prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment Terms:

    • 50% deposit required for production, balance before shipment (or as negotiated).

    • Accepted methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or L/C (for large orders).

  • Taxes: Buyer is responsible for import duties, VAT, or other local taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Incoterms: Default terms are FOB unless specified otherwise.

  • Lead Time: Estimated production/shipping time will be confirmed per order. Delays due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) are not our liability.

  • Inspection: Buyer must inspect goods upon delivery and report defects within 7 days.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Defective Goods: We will replace or refund items with verified manufacturing defects.

  • Non-Defective Returns: Only accepted with prior approval; restocking fee (up to 30%) may apply.

  • Custom Products: No returns allowed (e.g., private label orders).

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on www.showfitapparel.com are owned by SHOWFIT. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  • Buyer may not replicate our designs for resale without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from orders.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the order value.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of China.

  • Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms; the latest version will be posted on our website.
